Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 October 2026. This is the working text of the terms; the operator should have it reviewed by counsel for your jurisdiction before relying on it.

1. The service

Synapse9 ("the service", by Kether) is a visual strategy builder. You connect blocks into a trading strategy, test it on historical data and export code (MQL4, MQL5, Pine Script, Python). It does not place trades, hold funds or connect to a broker for you. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Not financial advice

The service is for education and research. Backtests use historical data and simplified assumptions and do not predict results. Generated code may contain errors: review it and test on a demo account before any live use. Trading involves risk of loss and you are solely responsible for your decisions.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate details, keep your credentials secure and be old enough to enter a contract where you live. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

4. Plans

Every account starts on the Free plan. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, and custom Enterprise contracts) unlock higher limits and features such as cloud sync, managed AI assistance and the web terminal. Current plans, limits and prices are listed on the pricing section and may change; a change to a paid plan you already hold applies from your next renewal, with notice.

5. Billing, cancellation and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance each month and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period and then reverts to Free. Your projects are never deleted on downgrade, but data over the Free limits stays editable and cannot grow. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we state otherwise. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.

5a. Fair use of managed AI

Managed AI is rate-limited per plan. Do not use it to attack, scrape or overload the service, to generate unlawful content, or to resell access.

6. Acceptable use

Do not probe or disrupt the service, bypass plan limits or security controls, upload malware, infringe others' rights, or use the terminal or webhooks features to attack third parties.

7. Your content

You own your strategies and exports. You grant us the limited right to store and process them to run the service (for example cloud sync and AI requests you start). We do not claim ownership of your strategies.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We may change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid features.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the service or generated code, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
